Acceptance of Terms

By booking a reservation with US VIP LIMO, whether online, by phone, or through a corporate account, you agree to the terms on this page. These terms apply to every ride booked with us, including one-way transfers, hourly charters, and corporate accounts.

Reservations & Booking

Reservations are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message with your trip details. It's the rider's responsibility to make sure pickup address, drop-off address, flight number, and passenger count are accurate — incorrect details can affect pickup timing and availability.

Rates & Payment

Quoted rates include the base fare for the vehicle and service type selected. Tolls, airport fees, parking, gratuity, and applicable taxes are additional unless your confirmation says otherwise.

• Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout or provided by your booking agent.
• Corporate and event bookings may require a deposit at the time of reservation.
• Rates are confirmed at booking and won't change unless the trip details change (extra stops, additional hours, route changes).

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Airport transfers follow the same windows above, measured against the scheduled pickup time — not the flight's actual landing time.

Waiting Time & No-Show Policy

• Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary wait time after the flight lands, tracked against the flight number on file.
• Point-to-point and hotel pickups include 15 minutes of complimentary wait time from the scheduled pickup time.
• Additional waiting is billed in 15-minute increments at the standard hourly rate for the vehicle booked.
• A ride is marked a no-show, with no refund, once the complimentary wait window has passed and the rider hasn't boarded or made contact.

Chauffeur & Vehicle Conduct

Our chauffeurs are expected to arrive on time, dress professionally, and treat every guest with courtesy. In turn, we reserve the right to end a trip early, without refund, if a rider's conduct puts the chauffeur, vehicle, or other passengers at risk — this includes intoxication that endangers safety, violence, or illegal activity.

Vehicle Substitution

We reserve the right to substitute a comparable or better vehicle in the rare case of a mechanical issue or other circumstance outside our control. We'll always aim to match the class of vehicle you booked.

Prohibited Items & Conduct

• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are prohibited in all vehicles.
• Passenger and luggage counts may not exceed the capacity of the vehicle booked.
• Damage caused to a vehicle's interior beyond normal wear is billed to the card on file at cost of cleaning or repair.

Liability

US VIP LIMO isn't liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other conditions outside our control, though we'll always communicate proactively if a delay is expected. We aren't responsible for personal belongings left behind in a vehicle, though we'll make every reasonable effort to help you recover them.

Changes to a Reservation

Trip changes — new pickup time, added stops, extended hours — can be made up to 3 hours before pickup, subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability. Changes made closer to pickup will be accommodated where possible but aren't guaranteed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which the trip originates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our service. The effective date at the top of this page will always show the most recent revision.
